It's beautifully textured and has a solid mid-palate, good density, and a clean, crisp finish, all making for a high-quality Champagne to enjoy over the coming 5-7 years.

Balanced, full of white fruits and attractive acidity, this is a gently textured Champagne. It is rounded, the dosage giving softness. A wine that is a great apéritif style, it is ready to drink.

The NV Brut Cuvee is soft, plush and very easy to like. Brioche, baked apple tart, spice and vanillin are front and center. This is an especially easygoing NV Champagne. The dosage feels a bit on the high side, but the wine's balance is impeccable. I would prefer to drink it over the next few years. L190219.
